Following the introduction by Prof. Claudio Lombardo and Dr. Carla Finocchiaro, the webinar will feature an engaging lineup of experts who will guide you through the key aspects of successful grantsmanship. 

Dr. Juliet A. Ellis, Head of European Proposal Management at UCL, will kick things off with a deep dive into the grant planning process for junior investigators. Next, Dr. Chiara Gabbi, OECI Academy Scientific Coordinator, will share strategies for developing impactful grant proposals and mastering reviewer insights.

The session continues with Dr. R. Michelle Sauer Gehring, a scientific writing expert from the University of California at San Diego, who will reveal effective strategies for crafting persuasive and well-structured research proposals. Finally, Prof. Francesco Pasqualini from the University of Pavia will explore how to highlight and market the impact of your research to maximize its visibility and funding potential.
